其中的這首詩，我十分喜歡的。

最矮的樹也有頂，螞蟻也有膽氣，
蒼蠅也會發怒，小火星亦有熱度；
纖纖頭髮也會有影子，雖然這麼細，
蜜蜂有刺，儘管它一點也不粗；
有海有源頭，一樣也是窄窄清泉，
愛就是愛，無論乞丐或君王皆然。

最平靜的流水，最深處也是河灘，
日晷隨時在變，無人察覺它的移動；
最堅定的信念只需最少文字言談，
龜類不會歌唱，但知道愛是什麼；
真心自有耳與眼，無需舌頭來浪費；
它會聽和看、嘆息，以及破碎。-英‧戴爾爵士
